Since I was a child, my favorite longganisa was the one from Alaminos. Whenever I crave for one, I rush to a famous supermarket during weekends. They usually have native delicacies stations set up in an aisle displaying goodies from different provinces. I normally go to the booth displaying Pangasinan goodies.
And, Alaminos longganisa costs P120-P130. Now, I've found means to get authentic Alaminos longganisa myself to serve my cravings and even sell it. 
It's only at P85/dozen for bulk orders... that's a minimum of 6 dozens.
